I was so surprised to see one of the main characters from the first ok again. I liked the way characters were shown in multiple ways both good and bad. Usually, a sequel does not live up to the first book but this one does. Again I could not put it down. I literally stayed up past 2:00am reading.

Well the action continues, nonstop, and I had to immediately buy the 3rd and keep going with them!
This is excellent story-telling. I couldn't put it down.
The first in the series was really good, however the second is even better. I was hoping Amy would be turned by now. Maybe in the next.
Wow! You don't normally see the second book even better than the first, but Eric J. Gates did!

Prepare for a marathon reading session because you won't want to stop until you see where Amy's and Katie's adventures are leading them. Chapters that alternate between the two keep the tension level high.
This is an exciting series filled with suspense. Katie and Amy are back in “CULL – Bloodstone,” by Eric J. Gates, and the trouble is intense. What I really like about this author is the way he shoves you face first into the story and makes it impossible for you to stop reading. “Amy, Amy. For God’s sake! Wake up! Wake up! We’re under attack! AMY!” Wildly exhausting and exhilarating at the same time.I loved the first, this is even better, I can’t wait for the next one. I’m buying Cull Blood Feud, right now). Recommended. Five stars.
